2. team. 49. . . . Green Bay Packers

The green Bay Packers are going to be Super Bowl contenders as long as quarterback Aaron Rodgers is in the picture.

Rodgers has a new weapon in tight end Martellus Bennett, and that paints a very scary picture for other NFC teams trying to overtake the Packers in conference standings.

While Green Bay is turning over some members within their secondary, including losing defensive back Micah Hyde, the additions of Kevin King and Josh Jones should help matters to a good deal.

Still, the focus is going to be entirely on Rodgers and the offense.

Helping him will be fourth-round rookie running back Jamaal Williams, who has looked good at training camp. He might not be ready to challenge No. 1 tailback Ty Montgomery just yet, but there could be an easy change on the depth chart at some point soon this season.

Green Bay remains a pinnacle team within the NFC, and it wouldn’t be shocking to see the Packers making yet another trip to the Super Bowl.
