48. . . . Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 10. team

Like the Titans, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be one of those teams turning heads this season.

Quarterback Jameis Winston has even more weapons at his disposal entering this year, wide receiver DeSean Jackson and rookie tight end O.J. Howard. Even without these two players, Wintson’s rapport with wideout Mike Evans was something fun to watch last year.

The Bucs also have a defense on the rise, and their secondary could be a big factor in 2017.

If there is a question, though, it’s in the offensive backfield. Running back Doug Martin isn’t guaranteed a starting spot. His backup, Jacquizz Rodgers, isn’t exactly a featured-type back.

Still, there’s a lot to like about what’s going on in Tampa Bay, although the NFC South figures to be pretty tough this year.

Iron sharpens iron, though, right?
