Houston Texans. 16. team. 10. . .

The Houston Texans lost wide receiver Will Fuller to a broken collarbone in training camp, and he’ll miss some time before returning at some point this season.

That’s bad news for a Texans team already boasting plenty of questions on offense.

It’s clear quarterback Deshaun Watson is the team’s future under center, and it wouldn’t be a shock to see him start in Week 1. Whether or not this is too soon is anyone’s guess, although the prospects of him playing without one of the team’s best weapons is an issue.

The Texans won’t drop any further in our power rankings, simply because their defense is far too good to keep Houston in a free fall.

But, ideally, the Texans would have enjoyed some better fortunes to get the season going, especially as the AFC South remains one of the weakest divisions in the NFL.
