team. 46. . . . Indianapolis Colts. 22

The Indianapolis Colts got younger on defense this offseason, and that was a must on head coach Chuck Pagano’s to-do list.

Safety Malik Hooker should be a fun player to watch this season. But like most rookie defensive backs, he’ll go through some serious growing pains, especially with the lack of a solid supporting cast around him.

The biggest question, of course, is quarterback Andrew Luck’s shoulder.

This nagging-injury story has raised questions whether or not Luck would even be ready by Week 1.

It’s still too early to throw the Colts’ season in the tank, and Indy fans shouldn’t panic just yet. But the remaining questions still keep the Colts low on our power rankings before the preseason.
