The Washington Redskins are likely going to be one of those teams going through a major regression this season.

Washington elected not to sign quarterback Kirk Cousins to a long-term deal, and he’ll play out the year on his second consecutive franchise tag. In all likelihood, it seems he’s playing for his next suitor in 2018.

But Cousins lacks weapons around him now. Both wide receivers DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon left via free agency. And it doesn’t help Cousins’ former offensive coordinator, Sean McVay, departed for the Rams’ head coaching opening.

The defense is slightly upgraded from last year, but Washington’s offense will largely hinge on whether or not wide receiver Terrelle Pryor can be a major factor.

At least videos like these give Redskins fans hope.
