NFL 2017 quarterback power rankings for every team

. New Orleans Saints. 4. team. 15. . Drew Brees

While Derek Carr would be a quarterback I’d love to build a team around, I’d rather go with New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees if I had to win a game right now.

If the Saints had something resembling a defense last year, they easily would have been a playoff team.

Keep in mind, Brees engineered an offense that finished second in the NFL with 469 points, and that same group led the league with 6,816 all-purpose yards. Out of that total, Brees’ arm accounted for 5,208 of them.

At 38 years old, Brees is still getting it done at such a high level, he has to be placed here at this particular spot.

Like with many veterans, we have to wonder when Brees’ body will start to fail him.

But right now, all looks good in the Big Easy.
