56. . Andy Dalton. . Cincinnati Bengals. 16. team

The Cincinnati Bengals’ 2016 season raised more than a handful of questions about the future of the team.

Somehow avoiding a lot of those questions is quarterback Andy Dalton.

Dalton’s efforts last year did result in a Pro Bowl nod. But the team around him was bad. Like, 6-9-1 bad and all sorts of interior infighting to suggest Cincinnati is trending in the wrong direction.

Another thing to knock Dalton has been his ineffectiveness in the postseason. Dalton owns a career 57.8 playoff passer rating after all.

He didn’t have the chance to address this a year ago. But this year could end up being a major prove-it season.

Unless Dalton wants to experience some serious flak in 2018.
