2017 NFL Draft: Final Round 1 Mock for All 32 Picks
By Peter Panacy
The Tennessee Titans need a true No. 1 wide receiver, but there aren’t quite any players of that position of value here. And the Titans are armed with two first-round picks, so they can stash that need until later.
One of the other needs Tennessee has is within its secondary.
LSU strong safety Jamal Adams would be a wise pickup at No. 5. He’s perfectly adept at playing within the box, which should help address some of the Titans’ run-stopping worries. But Adams is equally solid in coverage as well.
Tennessee would like to add a cornerback to the mix, but the Titans can take advantage of a deep class of corners and make a move later on.
