2017 NFL Draft: Final Round 1 Mock for All 32 Picks
By Peter Panacy
The Detroit Lions need some weapons along their defensive line in 2017 and could use another explosive player to pair with veteran defensive end Ezekiel Ansah.
Preferably, the Lions would get someone here with great pass-rush potential for their four-man defensive front. And that player is Michigan defensive end Taco Charlton.
Charlton registered 10 sacks and 13.5 tackles for a loss his senior year, which should translate well over to the NFL level. His ability to get within the backfield would help take pressure off Ansah and make the Lions front seven that much more formidable.
