Round 7, Pick No. 219 — Channing Stribling, Michigan

Michigan’s Channing Stribling is unrefined as a corner and struggles in coverage. But his long frame, at 6-foot-1 and 188 pounds, is intriguing to scouts.

Schematically, this isn’t the best fit on paper. But he is a gritty player, who has the ability to knock receivers around the line of scrimmage.

Stribling utilizes his body well to position himself to make plays on the ball.

He earned Second-Team All Big-Ten Honors last year with the Wolverines and would be a good pick in the last round to solidify the secondary with a physical player.
