Wide Receiver Aldrick Robinson

The 49ers went ahead and added a third wide receiver to the mix in Aldrick Robinson. His deal was similar to Goodwin’s but at a lesser value.

Below is the breakdown of his contract, thanks to Over the Cap.

2017 Cap Number: $1,800,000

Base Salary: $1,250,000

Prorated Bonus: $150,000

Roster Bonus: $300,000

Workout Bonus: $100,000

2018 Cap Number: $2,200,000

Base Salary: $1,650,000

Prorated Bonus: $150,000

Roster Bonus: $300,000

The contract shows that the 49ers aren’t committed to Robinson in the long-term future. They’re taking a flyer on him for two years and let’s see what Kyle Shanahan can get out of him.
