That makes two standout receivers, but Tampa Bay gets even stronger on offense by adding Alabama tight end O.J. Howard. Howard is a freakish athlete, capable of creating mismatches and holding up well enough in his blocking game. With the Bucs looking to gain ground in the scuffling NFC South, giving quarterback Jameis Winston more weapons only makes sense.. Tight End. Alabama. O.J. Howard
