Rising: Marshon Lattimore

Former Ohio State Buckeyes defensive back Marshon Lattimore ran a blazing 4.36 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine. Per Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller, Lattimore was already the highest-rated cornerback coming into the draft.
