Baltimore Ravens

Projected Cap Space: $13,801,957

Biggest Need: Wide Receiver

The Baltimore Ravens lost wide receiver Steve Smith to retirement last season, and no one else within this crop emerges as a top-tier, go-to threat.

And it’s one of the reasons why Baltimore will have trouble competing with other AFC North teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2017 unless it’s addressed.

It wouldn’t be a shock to see the Ravens pounce on a receiver or two in the NFL Draft. But they might want to add another veteran presence via free agency this offseason.

Names like Vincent Jackson or Pierre Garcon come to mind.
