Tennessee Titans

Projected Cap Space: $61,389,464

Biggest Need: Wide Receiver

If quarterback Marcus Mariota played in a bigger market, and had some weapons to throw to, he might be considered one of the best up-and-coming signal-callers in the entire NFL.

But Mariota’s supporting cast on offense has been less than productive.

The Titans need a true No. 1 wide receiver. At best, they have a bunch of Nos. 3 and 4 types. There isn’t one go-to guy Mariota can count on.

Expect Tennessee to be big players for free-agent wideouts like Alshon Jeffery or Brandon Marshall.
