Detroit Lions

Projected Cap Space: $31,793,242

Biggest Need: Offensive Line

The Detroit Lions have plenty of defensive needs this offseason, but a hunch says they’ll try to address most of those in the NFL Draft.

Some of the big needs, instead, are on the offensive line.

Four-year pro Larry Warford is hitting the free-agent market and should be a top re-sign priority. The same goes with right tackle Riley Reiff, who will be another hot commodity.

Detroit has enough money to bring back both players, although that might hinder their abilities to make some splashes on defense.

Yet the Lions would be wise to ensure quarterback Matthew Stafford remains adequately protected.
