No. 9: Wide Receiver DeSean Jackson

Take all the aforementioned context surrounding Pierre Garcon and apply it to fellow Redskins wideout DeSean Jackson.

Aside from the Kyle Shanahan-Jackson ties, of course.

Jackson is certainly the flashier of the two Washington receivers, and he’ll likely get paid as a result.

The 30-year-old Jackson surely will command a hefty contract in 2017. But with the 49ers boasting nearly $80 million in cap space this offseason, bringing in the savvy veteran wouldn’t hurt San Francisco’s checkbook much at all.

Jackson has crested more than 1,000 receiving yards five times in his nine-year NFL career. His lowest total, 528 yards in 2015, came on an injury-shortened year in which he only appeared in 10 games.

It’s safe to say Jackson can still produce. And the Niners could benefit from that production.
