We all know the Saints defense is bad.

But if quarterback Drew Brees and Co. are firing on all cylinders, the Saints have a chance in any game.

This was the case in New Orleans’ 48-41 shootout victory over the Cardinals. Brees passed for nearly 400 yards and four touchdowns, putting to rest any concerns about his recent cold spell.

Although it was interesting to see how head coach Sean Payton might be on the trade block this offseason.

Who knows if a change of scenery would help everyone involved. But with the Saints’ season going nowhere fast, it wouldn’t be the strangest of rumors to come true.
