What more can be said of the Cowboys that hasn’t been said already this season?

True, it took a while for Dallas to get going, as well as some fourth-quarter magic. But the Cowboys’ 17-15 road win over the Vikings on Thursday Night Football ensured no movement from the top spot in our NFL power rankings.

More from Niner Noise

Rookie quarterback Dak Prescott was solid, throwing for 139 yards, a touchdown and a 108.3 passer rating. His fourth-quarter touchdown to wide receiver Dez Bryant was a huge momentum shift. And, not surprisingly, running back Ezekiel Elliott was also a major factor.

This, combined with the Giants loss in Pittsburgh, locked up a playoff spot for the Cowboys and will likely put Dallas in position to win the division. The only question now is whether or not the Cowboys can hold onto the No. 1 seed and home-field advantage.
