NFL Power Rankings: Where Do All 32 Teams Sit Entering Week 14?
By Peter Panacy
Yes, the Raiders drop a spot in our rankings this week in spite of a 38-24 come-from-behind victory over the Bills at home.
The reason is Oakland’s defense still poises a bunch of questions. And how many times can the Raiders rely on quarterback Derek Carr and the offense to come up with 15-point fourth quarters, as was the case versus Buffalo.
Carr has been doing it as of late. And the Raiders are still a top AFC team as a result. They’re still one of the few teams who could challenge the Patriots in the conference. And they may easily get their chance.
A key AFC West bout against the Chiefs on Thursday Night Football will be a huge factor in determining how good Oakland is, offensively and defensively.
