NFL Power Rankings: Where Do All 32 Teams Sit Entering Week 14?
By Peter Panacy
A 21-13 win over the Houston Texans and their tough defense was exactly what the Green Bay Packers needed to get things back on track.
At 6-6, and with the Detroit Lions two games ahead in the NFC North, the Packers’ victory this week ensures Green Bay is still in the hunt down the stretch.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers was more than impressive amid the cold conditions of Lambeau Field, going 20-of-30 for 209 yards and two touchdowns passes. Wide receiver Jordy Nelson was a primary reason behind Rodgers’ bad-weather success.
Two games on Green Bay’s remaining schedule — Week 14 versus the Seahawks and Week 17 at the Detroit Lions — will have a lot to say about where the Packers finish in the playoff picture.
