NFL Power Rankings: Where Do All 32 Teams Sit Entering Week 14?
By Peter Panacy
The Arizona Cardinals put an end to their two-game skid with an impressive 31-23 home victory over the Washington Redskins in Week 13.
Quarterback Carson Palmer looked like, well, a good Palmer in this one. He went 30-of-46 for 300 yards and three touchdowns.
Veteran wideout Larry Fitzgerald continues to do his thing, but the biggest offensive story was running back David Johnson. He rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown but also added 91 yards and another end-zone score through the air. He’s a tremendous weapon and one which head coach Bruce Arians can build around in coming seasons.
Arizona’s playoff hopes are dim, at best, but at least it’s making things interesting down the stretch.
