Philadelphia Eagles. 14. team. 54. . 5-5.

A 3-0 start to the season gave many fans the thought rookie quarterback Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles would be for real this year.

It’s still possible, but a tough 26-15 loss at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks in Week 12 showed the Eagles aren’t quite close to that elite-level category.

Wentz went through another phase of growing pains on Sunday, going 23-of-45 for 218 yards and two touchdowns against two interceptions — a passer rating of 61.2.

Philadelphia had no answers for Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson either, who even managed a touchdown reception in the game.

Yes, you read that right.
