DeForest Buckner

Role:

San Francisco 49ers defensive end DeForest Buckner will find himself in a similar role to what current teammate and second-year defensive end Arik Armstead was in last season. Buckner will find himself in a constant rotation with the entire interior defensive line all season long.

Depth Chart:

Rotation with the possibility of becoming a full time starter.

Impact:

Immediate. Buckner’s presence will be felt when he is on the field.
