Final Tally

The 49ers currently do not hold any picks in the seventh round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Do not be surprised if general manager Trent Baalke makes some trades throughout the draft and ends up picking in the final round.

As mentioned before, predicting players is difficult enough. Predicting trades is nearly impossible.

When all is said and done, the 49ers walk away with a pretty good haul towards rebuilding their roster.

"Round One: DeForest Buckner-Defensive Lineman-Oregon Round Two: Joshua Garnett-Offensive Guard- Stanford Round Three: Tyler Boyd-Wide Receiver-Pitt Round Four: Nick Kwiatkoski-Inside Linebacker-West Virginia; Cardale Jones-Quarterback-Ohio State Round Five: Yannick Ngakoue-Outside Linebacker-Maryland; Cyrus Jones-Cornerback-Alabama; Beau Sandland-Tight End-Montana State Round Six: Javon Hargrave-Defensive Tackle-South Carolina State; LeShaun Sims-Cornerback-Southern Utah; Stephane Nembot-Offensive Tackle-Colorado; James Burgess-Inside Linebacker-Louisville"

There’s a very good chance that the 49ers don’t select any of these players. However, each one addresses an immediate need or builds the depth of the roster for the next two years.

The 2016 NFL Draft is rapidly approaching. Fans will soon know how the 49ers plan to fix the mess that’s been made.
