Cornerback Kendall Fuller, Virginia Tech

Injury: Wrist

Cornerback Kendall Fuller’s injury concerns are a little less severe than some of the other prospects on this list, which makes his draft stock stand a little higher than what many would be concerned about.

Fuller suffered a season-ending wrist injury last year and ended up having a follow-up operation last September, per CBS Sports. As such, he remains a Round 2 prospect. CBS Sports’ Pat Kirwan even mocked Fuller to the 49ers in the second round.

Fuller likely wouldn’t be a prospect about whom the 49ers would have much injury worries, as long as his wrist heals nicely.

San Francisco does have some question marks at cornerback. While the position is deep, there isn’t exactly a top-tier option. Veteran corner Tramaine Brock has likely secured the No. 1 slot, but competition should remain wide open alongside him.
