No. 30: Arizona Cardinals

2015 Record: 13-3

The Pick: DT Vernon Butler, Louisiana Tech

The Arizona Cardinals don’t have a lot of weak spots on their defense — or offense for that matter — but would like to add some depth and versatility along their defensive line.

While budding defenders Markus Golden, Kevin Minter and Rodney Gunter comprise a up-and-coming front seven, adding some additional power to this crop would make Arizona’s seventh-ranked defense all the more better.

Louisiana Tech defensive tackle Vernon Butler has that sort of skill set. The 6’3″, 316-pound defender posted 28.5 tackles for a loss over three collegiate season and would be the perfect addition to what Arizona’s defensive front is trying to do.
