No. 2: Cleveland Browns

2015 Record: 3-13

The Pick: QB Carson Wentz, North Dakota State

The Hugh Jackson era in Cleveland has begun, and the Johnny Manziel era seems to be coming to a close. The Browns will be looking to replace their troubled quarterback this offseason and will need a signal-caller capable of turning around what was an inept offense in 2015.

Cleveland’s passing offense ranked No. 21 in the NFL last season with 3,782 yards, and signs continue to point to Manziel not being a part of the franchise’s future.

North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz is the idea pick here and impressed enough during the Senior Bowl to warrant the Browns’ attention, according to Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller.

Wentz looks every part of an NFL quarterback and has the skill set Cleveland desperately needs to reinvigorate its offense.
