Round 6: Pick from Dallas Cowboys, Pick from Denver Broncos, Two Compensatory Picks (Chris Culliver and Frank Gore)

Needs: Defensive Line, Wide Receiver, Running Back, Kicker

Who knows how the 49ers’ draft plans will go in Round 6 and, in reality, who knows what happens with the draft anyway?

It’s a mock.

San Francisco still has some pressing needs and will look to reinforce some added positions. But there are always sleeper picks and projects to be had in Rounds 6 and 7.

Tight end Jake McGee out of Florida is a red-zone threat. And the 49ers need those. And it wouldn’t be surprising to see the 49ers tab another running back to complement and compete with incumbents Carlos Hyde, Mike Davis and, potentially, Shaun Draughn if he re-signs with San Francisco.

Niner Noise will be churning out even more mocks as the months and weeks begin to count down to the draft. So stay tuned and keep posted.
