Game Recap

Both defenses came out to play in a game reminiscent of the 1990 NFC championship game between these 2 teams. On a sloppy field neither offense could get going on each of their first possession.

On the 49ers second drive starting at their own it took just 2 plays for Alex Smith to find his favorite Tight End Vernon Davis for a long 73-yard touchdown down the right sideline. It looked like the Niners offense would start right where they left off against the Saints a week prior. (more…)

49ERS HEADED TO THE NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!!!!!!

San Francisco Forty Niner Fans at last the Niners are officially BACK!  The Niners defeated the Saints 36-32 today in a thriller that came down to the final seconds.  A TD pass from Alex Smith to Vernon Davis won the game for SF.  We’ll be back with our game reactions, and analysis when we catch our breath.  Right now, I need a nap 49er fans!
