The 2017 NFL Draft is hours away, and Niner Noise gives you our NFL power rankings just before all 32 teams look to make significant rookie-talent additions. Who sits at the top and where do the San Francisco 49ers fall into place?

NFL power rankings might seem a bit silly this time of year, since there is so much left undecided heading into the NFL Draft.

Speaking of the draft, the 2017 version kicks off on April 27 from Philadelphia.

The entire NFL power rankings landscape will change once the draft is complete, and one can bet Niner Noise will issue yet another post-draft ranking at some point in the not-so-distant future.

But until then, let’s start off with what we know right now at the very bottom of the league.
