Simulating the 49ers Selections in the 2017 NFL Draft

How will the 2017 NFL Draft pan out for the 49ers? We tried to answer that question by simulating all seven rounds. Here are the results.

We’re still none the wiser as to what the 49ers will do with the second pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, or with the rest of their 10 selections.

But it’s always fun to guess or, in this case, get an idea of how the board could fall.

That’s what we did here, simulating the entire draft with Fanspeak — using CBS Sports’ Big Board — and making the 49ers’ 10 selections.

The 49ers have a need at pretty much every position, but offensive tackle went ignored due to the bad class at that spot.

It’s unlikely that some of the players will be available at the slots they fell to the 49ers in this sim, but all of them have enough talent to be worth keeping an eye on from Thursday.
