The San Francisco 49ers take on the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3 and still have a slew of questions in need of answers. Niner Noise looks at five facing the red and gold this weekend.

As well as the San Francisco 49ers looked at times against the Los Angeles Rams, they looked equally bad against the Carolina Panthers this past Sunday.

The season is still young, and most teams have not even formed their identity yet. And while the 49ers looked sharp during stretches in each game, they also had stretches of complacency and erratic play.

While watching them control the Rams, and sputter and then fight back against the Panthers, there were some clear issues that were prevalent in both games.
