I really believe Tom Condon is the one who is holding Smith back right now and not scheduling any trips for him anywhere because Condon knows that he can get top dollar for Smith when Payton signs and he knows Smith can get paid even better with SF if Payton does NOT sign with SF. lol.   I dont think Smith is really worried about it too much.
