Hamm's Pigskins Of The Week

Follow @NN_Keepinitheel

After pulling out another 4th quarter comeback in Seattle winning 19-17 over the Seahawks the 49ers move to 12-3.  With a first round bye and the #2 seed within their grasp the Niners came up big.  This was definitely a team effort, one that’s hard to give the Pigskins to any group of individuals.

But the show must go on…..Hamm’s Pigskins of the Week after the jump

Hamm’s Offensive Pigskin of the week: Kendall Hunter: Hunter had a career day rushing for 73 yards on just 12 carries, a 6.1 yard avg.  Hunter reminds me more and more of Jacksonville’s Maurice Jones Drew everytime I watch him.  I really hope Jim Harbaugh and the 49ers coaching staff took notice of what Hunter did in Seattle.  He needs to be incorporated more into the offense.  He gives the team something it doesn’t have in anyone else.  Big time burst out of the backfield.  This kids a weapon.  Yo, Jared, grab me a pigskin, address it to Kendall Hunter, 32 The Next Great 49er Back Drive.

Hamm’s Defensive Pigskin of the week: Aldon Smith: Aldon, you are everything I dreamed off.  The new, great passrusher of the San Francisco 49ers.  You had another sack, another tackle for loss and a whole bunch of QB hits and hurries.  Where have you been all my life man.  Eric, mail that thing express to Aldon’s house, you know the address.

Hamm’s Random Pigskin of the week: Michael Crabtree: Man Crabs!  You are really playing some football these last 6 or so weeks man.  Coming up with big, tough catches, going across the middle, fighting for the tough yards after the catch.  Blocking like a maniac downfield!  5 catches, 85 yards on 6 targets, beast mode.  Diva my a** TELL EM CRABS!  Maybe I’m getting too excited here…..anyway, David, send that Pigskin to Told You I’m A Bad Man 15 Lane Please.
