His leadership, his composure, his passion, and his workethic. All top contenders in the league have star quarterbacks. We need Kevin Kolb. He has experience and can win. Singletary was blind in seeing that we needed a quarterback and look what happened. Alex Smith had 6 years to prove himself as a starter and some qb's are just not cut to be a starter. I hope that the niners front office realizes how important it is to get a franchise quarterback. They have a lot on the line especially that there trying to get a new stadium.
