It's two Agencies of our city, Santa Clara, that are paying $114,000,000 + $330,000,000 = $444,000,000. Stadium Boosters just love to tack the $330M onto the team's share - but that's simply untrue. Also, that Hotel Mello-Roos District is anything but a "voluntary tax." The hotels are not voluntarily taxing themselves, they are involuntarily soaking their guests.
