This is far from over folks here is some food for thought. This is from an article on the SJ Mercury titled, *Peterson: 49ers Still Miles From Santa Clara* Link:

Here is a passge taken from this artice, that is 100% correct...

*AT THE SAME TIME,THE 49ERS WERE GROWING ROOTS THAT SPANNED DECADES AND GENERATIONS. NO LOCAL TEAM HAS BEEN AS SOLIDY INDENTIFIED WITH ITS HOMETOWN AS THE 49ERS.*

Also take note, that the Yorks during the Measure J campaign co-opted the entire Bay Area Local Media, to Shut Down the voices of the opposition. Even Mayor Gavin Newsom speaks of it in this interview, that the Yorks shut him down from speaking out about the HP Stadium Site. Link Attached:

The Yorks wanted the scapegoating of Mayor Newsom, and the City of SF to continue during their campaign...As I have said before the Yorks are Intellectually Dishonest, and they own our beloved 49ers.

The San Francisco 49ers are contributing nowhere near $823M to get a stadium built - they're paying only $493M.

It's two Agencies of our city, Santa Clara, that are paying $114,000,000 + $330,000,000 = $444,000,000. Stadium Boosters just love to tack the $330M onto the team's share - but that's simply untrue.

Also, that Hotel Mello-Roos District is anything but a "voluntary tax." The hotels are not voluntarily taxing themselves, they are involuntarily soaking their guests.

Please see the City of Santa Clara's City Council Agenda Reports. The true shares being paid by Santa Clara have been out there for all to see since last June 2 - over a year ago:
