Important psychologically to win the last game in order to break the losing record syndrome. We have gone from a terrible to a rather mediocre team in the last 6 years. Next year is the chance to break out and win the division, Arizona is bound to lose Warner. I don't believe Raye is the OC to take us to the next level. Alex Smith's musical coordinators notwithstanding, I think we need to hire a new OC. Priorities for the offseason have to be: 1) O-line 2) O-line 3) O-line 4) Fullback 5) Kick Returner 6) Defensive Back 7) Safety. Only then will we become playoff material again.
