Crabtree woulda sauntered in with the Jamarcus fur coat, and it woulda gone south. Instead, the Jed York regime made a fair offer, put the ball in Crabtree/Parker's court, and said nothing. Crabtree/Parker came crawling back six weeks later and signed a WORSE deal. The 49ers played it perfectly. With Jed running the business and Singletary running the football team, the 49ers are moving in the right direction for the 1st time in a long time.
